Work-Focused Coaching

"Tasha's coaching has been so foundational for me. She strikes a great balance between reflecting my thoughts back to me so I can reflect on my own thinking more deeply, and offering specific ideas & facilitation techniques for reframing issues with myself and my teammates. "

~ Dan Valliere, CEO, REACH Community Development

Are you:

  • Struggling with challenges at work?

  • Feeling like you need new approaches and tools as a leader or collaborator?

  • Wondering if you need to change jobs?

  • Ready to look for new work but not sure what to look for, or how to look in ways that build on your strengths?

  • Wanting to more effectively engage around issues of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in your work?

As a coach who is also an organizational development consultant, I can bring a wide variety of understandings and tools to support you in these situations.

I can provide coaching directly to individuals, or through a workplace, as a stand-alone service or as part of other organizational support.

Information on the cost and process:

My approach to this work is informed by my own somatic (body-based) practices, my study of the neurology of trauma and healing, and an analysis of the ways our cultures, families and identities shapes our experiences and responses.

I am a certified CoActive coach, trained by the Coaches Training Institute, and a certified DEI coach, trained by Inclusive Life. You will find more about my training and experience in the About section.

I welcome people of all gender/sexual identity combinations.

The best way to know if what I bring is a good match for where you are and what you want is to try it, so I offer a free  consultation in which we talk about what you are wanting and what I bring, and do 15-20 minutes of coaching so we can see if it feels like a good match. If you are interested, please contact me.

Curious? Try it out.
