My rates for facilitation and other kinds of organizational development work are on a sliding scale from $80 to $210/hour.

 

The low end of that scale is intended for nonprofit start-ups and grassroots organizations without grant funding for capacity building. The higher end is for large, well-funded nonprofits and foundations, government agencies and for-profit organizations that pay similar rates to other consultants.
